We want all our guests at Treverven to enjoy their stay, and feel welcome, relaxed, and safe.These are our full terms and conditions for booking and staying at Treverven.By booking with us and staying at the campsite, we assume you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their holiday.We hope not to have any disputes, but always aim to resolve issues in a positive and friendly manner.All terms and conditions are subject to change to suit insurance, government, or industry requirements.Please come to reception on arrival to check in.
•Fees paid are non-refundable, please ensure you have insurance cover should you wish to cancel your holiday.We will try and rearrange an alternative date within the same season where availability allows.The balance of your holiday payment is automatically taken from the card you used to pay the deposit up to three weeks before arrival.
•Prices are per night to include two people and a vehicle; this covers your pitch and use of the facilities.Serviced pitches have water and electric hook-up at the pitch.Non-serviced pitches have drinking water taps around the site.
•You need to be 18 or over to make a booking.Only those named on the booking may stay on site.Extra guests are welcome to stay the night subject to paying the correct fee, and the numbers on your pitch not being too great.
•Please always check your dates and details of your booking.We do our best to keep groups together but cannot always do this in high season or if pitches are already booked.
•We do our best to allocate you the pitch chosen when you book.Bookings are not conditional on this.Your pitch will be confirmed on arrival.
•Dogs are free of charge.Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.They must be always kept on a lead on the campsite and on the farmland.Owners must be responsible for clearing their pets’ mess.Dogs must not be exercised around the play area, left unattended at your pitch or on the site or left to persistently bark.Please do not take dogs into the toilets and showers.
•Pitches must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.Late departures must be paid for and are only by prior arrangement.Arrival is between 2pm and 6pm.If you arrive earlier and your pitch is not ready, you can park outside of reception, but please be aware space is restricted.You must tell us if you are likely to arrive later than 6pm.Instructions are left on the reception door.No one can pitch later than 10pm or before we open in the morning. If you arrive late you will have to park and sleep outside reception on the gravel area.Do not assume that you can go to a free pitch as if it is booked to another person, you will need to move. Do not disturb other guests by trying to pitch.
•If we have not heard from you by 10am on the day after your expected arrival, we may release your pitch to another guest.You will not be entitled to a refund.
•Only one electric hook-up, using one electric cable per pitch.No splitters under any circumstances.Electric/hybrid cars cannot be charged on your pitch.For your safety and that of the other guests and site owners, you must use charging points that can be found at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/transport-parking-and-streets/sustainable-transport/electric-vehicle-charge-points/
•We are not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to, or staying in, our destination. It is your responsibility to check that your insurance is adequate to cover all eventualities.
•The campsite and farm businesses and owners accept no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or losses whatsoever.Treverven is a working farm.Visitors must not trespass into the farm buildings, onto machinery, or into fields or part of fields that have been cordoned off.You must not feed the farm animals.
•Please ensure you know where your children are always.We aim to place families on pitches around the play area so that you are always in view of them.No playing around the shower and toilet block is permitted.No bikes, scooters, skateboards etc around the shower and toilet block.No toys firing guns permitted.No kite flying, no drones on the campsite or farm premises at any time.Children must not leave the campsite and walk around the farm area, or fields and footpaths unattended.
•No noise after 10:30pm; radios, televisions, musical instruments etc to be kept quiet between 10:30pm and 8am.The site owners and staff reserve the right to ask you to reduce your noise.
•You are expected to act in a kind and considerate manner towards us, staff and all other guests and visitors always.Any issues, please report to a member of staff.
•Anyone found damaging or defacing any building, equipment or property faces immediate eviction and prosecution.
•Strictly no open fires.BBQs are allowed but must be off the grass.There are blocks you can borrow near reception.No hot ash in the bins.
•Fire pits are permitted but must not scorch the grass and must be kept off the ground.You must put them out if they smoke out your neighbours.No Chinese lanterns.
•Supermarket deliveries are not permitted.There is a good selection of items for sale in the campsite shop, and lots of produce available locally.
•Breathable ground sheets must be used, lifted periodically for longer visits allowing grass to air and grow.
•All rubbish to be disposed of in the area provided.Please be careful not to leave rubbish out on your pitch at night as it attracts vermin.
•Motorhomes can empty at the service point provided.Chemical disposal is at the rear of the toilet block.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available. We will try to re-allocate your booking to another date in the same season, depending on availability.It is your responsibility to have the correct cover on your holiday insurance.
