Really enjoyed my one night stay - peaceful and quiet - lucky with a beautiful evening.Check in was smooth and the shop stocked essentials like milk. The owner was very helpful and friendly and was kind enough to lend me a mug for my stay (lost mine on the trek!)

We very much enjoyed our September visit, grateful for the lack of noise and crowding since we chose to visit after the school holidays. Although the onsite cafe was closed (fair enough, out of peak season) the office shop had essentials had that been necessary.A pleasant walk down to the coast path, Porthcurno was a bracing walk but a rewarding one. Next time perhaps we'll turn left instead, and head to Lamorna Cove. The excellent Thai takeaway down the road was an unexpected and very welcome bonus.Great facilities, clean and welcoming.Excellent value, too.

We loved our stay at Treverven Farm. The pitches are well spaced, some having fantastic sea views, and the facilities are very clean and well maintained, with lovely hot showers and the lovely addition of a hairdryer room! There are some great walks nearby and lots of things to do in the wider area.Rachel, the manager, is really friendly and helpful. The only thing we would have liked is a bit more choice of fresh food/meat in the campsite shop but we were there after the end of high season so can understand why this wouldn't always be possible, and there is a well-stocked Londis and a big farm shop in nearby St Buryan, plus the usual supermarkets in Penzance. We understand that in high season there is also a takeaway on site.We really hope to be back one day!

Really lovely, staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area, pitching was easy with soft dirt, didn’t need the mallet. Lovely winding roads to and from the site, and well located to get to Penzance, Lands End and St Ives. Amenities were well maintained. Very good value, would recommend.

Each plot is given plenty of space. Good use of beech hedge to deaden sound and provide privacy. Lots of picnic benches scattered around. Nice children's play area. Small shop for emergency items (Beer, Gin?) open at peak times. Reasonable facilities, ie, plenty of toilets, showers, dish-washing, waste-disposal etc.Short walk to stunning coast views, nature trail and the coast path. Would visit again.

We had a lovely stay, the owner was friendly and helpful and had put a lot of thought in to a well stocked little shop for essentials. The pitches were nice and big with great views.Even though it was the school holidays the site had more than enough toilets and showers that there was never any queues. All very clean and well looked after too. Great coast walks right from the site too for anyone doing the Cornish coast path. We’ll definitely visit again.

I’ve been coming to this site since I was a toddler and am now 46 years old and have continued to come with my own family and children. It’s a wonderful campsite with a very relaxed vibe and not too strict/ formal. Good hot showers and clean facilities. Nothing fancy but a good clean camping site with everything you need. I still get excited when we drive into the site each holiday.

We stayed 2 nights in August in our campervan while we explored the surrounding area. The site is neat and tidy, pitches are a really good size and well marked so you arent crammed in. Water available only a few steps from most pitches. The onsite shop and takeaway cafe are fantastic with fresh bread deliveries in a morning but you'll need to be fast.Plenty facilities available (showers, loos, pot washing, fridge/freezers and laundry) cleaned daily so there's almost nothing you can't do while you're away.

We had such a lovely week. Having thought it wouldn’t happen, we made it there a day late. Helped hugely and able to still stay the 7 nights. Thus was such a blessing. For us, the highlights were finding out that the farm backs on to the coast path and me, a woman on crutches, could actually walk it back part way towards La Morna. Normally, the path is found in a cove and I can’t climb uphill. The best gift was then seeing dolphins playing as we walked along. Might have squealed! The site is great - and flat. A rarity in West Cornwall! The kitchen being open twice a day was a great help and my husband said the bacon from the site shop was the best he’d ever had.A great site we’d very happily recommend and return to.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at Treverven, where we stayed with our 2 children aged 8 and 5.This is a great base for exploring West Cornwall! We booked very last minute, but found staff to be very helpful and accommodating. We requested specifically to stay in the overflow field, to make the most of the peace and quiet and to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. The site is in a great location, having direct access to the south coast path whilst being within a good distance of many other attractions. We cannot fault the staff who were very friendly and helpful, it's a real team to keep the site ticking over and they do a wonderful job. We cannot fault the cleanliness of the site either - the toilets and showers were brilliant and we love that showers are included without the need for tokens or paying by the minute! Having access to a family sized shower room was game changing when trying to shower going children after a day at the beach. The play park in the middle of the site is very popular with the children and all the food we ate from The Croust House was very reasonably priced and delicious. There are also some good vans visiting the site weekly and they were brilliant! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you to all of the staff for being so welcoming.

Gods country, almostSpent a week in one of the best camping sites I've been to in a while. The site is clean and tidy with more than enough facilities to fulfill any family's needs including the kids. Various foods are available twice a day and pizza is available twice a week. Rachel and her team did everything possible to help and accomodate your every need and I would gladly stay at this site again. Access to this area of Cornwall can be accessed by bus and is cheap as chips. Only 9 out of 10 for being gods country though, but it was mighty close.

One of the BEST campsites we have ever been too. Online booking was straightforward, met Sarah on arrival who explained everything really well. The campsite itself is spacious and the pitch sizes are big (we had a 6 men tent). The picnic table on the pitch is another great addition. Plenty of ablution and toilet blocks which are maintined clean and tidy as well as a nice playground for kids / children. The camp site also has freeze and laundry facilities. Overall, a really good family run camp site.

We have just had a 3 night stay at Trevererven and would recommend this site for its generous size pitches, cleanliness of all facilities and hot showers. Our pitch had a tap for drinking water which was a bonus. Very friendly staff who were happy to help and came to our rescue with the loan of glasses and a bottle opener which were forgotten. Located near the coastal path we were able to walk with our dog away from traffic with no problems. A walk to The Logans Rock Inn for a meal and beer is strongly recommended

A return (one of many) trip to Treverven rewarded us with the usual relaxing experience of being pitched on a lovely peaceful farm site with far reaching views across the neighbouring fields to the coast.Facilities have a rustic charm but provide everything required and at a time when campsites seem to feel able to charge ludicrous amounts of money, Treverven offers great value. Rachel is a lovely welcoming manager of this family run site.

After reading previous reviews we were really dubious about what we might find. However things clearly have changed around the site. We were welcomed by our host, immediately we felt at ease, very friendly with a great sense of humour. Very informative and we found ourselves visiting the shop daily just for conversation and find good spots to visit. There were comments previously about spiders in toilets etc. I have to admit I am not a spider fan, however you HAVE to remember you are camping. There will be bugs and quite frankly if you’re looking for that type of holiday, maybe hotels are for you. The toilets and showers are cleaned daily and provide a hose to wash away visitors prior to use if needed and after use to keep it nice and clean for the next camper. I would definitely revisit this site if I were to be in those neck of the woods again!!

Myself and my 11yr old stayed in a motorhome, she was performing at The Minack all weekend, so we were just using the place as a base, but we actually wished we could of stayed longer and made use of all the wonderful facilities. The showers, washrooms and hairdryer/mirrors set up was fantastic. Clean, hot showers. All areas were kept spotless. Recycling was encouraged and well facilitated, sinks for washing dishes etc...and even Fridges to use. There is a play park, Football & Basketball nets for older kids. takeaway & shop. The lady that runs the place went out of her way to make sure our trip was as comfortable as possible and the compassion she showed when we had a family emergency was exceptional. Great location too for trips tp The Minack theatre, Porthleven, Sennen, and so much more!

Note - this stretch of the coast path is strenuous and not for the faint hearted or flip flop wearers 😊We spent time here early in season and it felt like the site was not quite ready for guests yet - some cleaning, tidying and tlc needed.
