Friendly reception, baked pastries each morning and handy shop. Good facilities all included in price even little extras like hairdryers and kettle to use in separate rooms. Small cafe on site perfect for breakfast bap. Nicely maintained and clean. Flat pitches with picnic tables and windbreak hedges. Well spaced enough room for cars too. Overall we had a really good experience. We love the access to the coastpath and benches with views down tothe beach. You can walk to Treen village pub across the fields... if you have an OS map despite the obvious attempt of farmers to put you off you can climb over the stiles with barbed wire. Might be trickier if you have dogs though.- Laura
